1. Start by sending me your resume in Word format. From there I will look it over and fix formatting. I will add comments to provide feedback on your content and include ideas on how you can expand on your work experience. I'm going to be critiquing you as someone who has worked in public accounting and now as a recruiting manager. Be prepared to know your resume front to back.
2. We'll correspond back and forth until you're satisfied your resume is up to par.
